Terms of service

1. Booking & Payment

  • Reservations are confirmed only after receiving a booking confirmation email.
  • A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
  • Payment methods will be detailed during the booking process (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
  • Full payment must be completed by the check-in date unless otherwise agreed.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation is available up to a specified number of days before arrival (detailed during the booking).
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations in case of unforeseen circumstances.

3. Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in: from 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: by 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged depending on availability and must be confirmed in advance.

4. House Rules

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments.
  • Pets and children are not allowed, for safety reasons (open terraces, low walls, and an unsupervised pool area).
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

5. Use of Facilities

  • Guests have access to the heated pool, outdoor lounge areas, and shared outdoor kitchen.
  • Use of these facilities is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
  • Please respect the shared spaces and clean up after yourself.

6. Liability

  • Casa Cactus is not responsible for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings.
  • Guests are advised to have their own travel insurance.
  • We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a stay in case of serious violation of these terms.

7. Data Protection

  • Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We only use your data for booking, legal compliance, and communication related to your stay.
